On behalf of GN Store Nord A/S, Basico P/S is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support GN’s business and management with M&A transactions, strategic projects, corporate law, capital markets, and financing matters.

Your role will have much international exposure and you will support the GN Group worldwide.
This is the job – the team
- Assists with all legal aspects of M&A and strategic transactions in liaison with GN’s M&A and Strategic Projects team
- Provides advice on corporate and capital markets related matters
- Provides advice related to the GN Group’s financing arrangements, including corporate bond programs
- Is responsible for the planning and execution of the legal aspects related to the GN Group’s annual general meeting
- Provides advice on the implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance recommendations and capital market regulation
The position is based in GN’s headquarters in Ballerup.
This is you
- You have a theoretical education as a Master of Law, and have qualified as a lawyer
- You have several years’ experience with M&A processes from a major law firm, preferably combined with a secondment or direct experience from an international in-house legal function
- Experience with capital market law, corporate (governance/AGM) matters and/or financing is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
- You have a strong business acumen and a desire to practice legal M&A as part of the business
- You are comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and eager to understand the business in a legal context
- You excel at positive and proactive stakeholder management
- As a person you are ambitious, driven and take pride in presenting high-quality deliverables
- You have attention to detail and are solution-oriented
- You are a strong communicator and a team-player
- You are fluent in English
