Senior Audiologist for Global Audiology Development department

Join GN’s Global Audiology Development department – transforming lives through the power of sound
At GN Hearing, we develop innovative hearing solutions with great sound quality and excellent design to make life sound better for people around the world. You will be joining our Global Audiology Development team, where 9 experienced and dedicated audiologists work closely with our category managers in Product Management on product scope and our engineers in R&D with a focus on the development of our hearing solutions.
Specifically, we work with the full range of our product development – from early concepting of hearing instruments, apps, accessories, and fitting software to defining the scope of the products, as well as shaping and testing the products.
Influence product development
As our new audiologist, you will be working closely with both our internal stakeholders as well as hearing care professionals (HPCs) and end users to ensure that our hearing solutions are the correct solutions and of the very highest audio quality. In this role, you will often be representing both the HCP and the end user in terms of understanding their needs and use of our products and utilizing this knowledge for product development and tests.

Audiologist with technical flair and good industry understanding

- Contributing to product development, including design and signal processing input as well as the overall development journey
- Evaluating all aspects of the audiology process
- Designing and conducting audiology tests, including electro acoustic and real ear measurements
- Formulating research questions for tests
- Representing our Global Audiology Development team when addressing both internal and external stakeholders

With a good understanding of the industry and related markets, you know our competitors, sales channels and suppliers, so that you understand the landscape we commercially operate in.
Also, we imagine that you:
- Have several years experience working with the design and conducting of various audiology tests
- Have an audiology education or similar – perhaps as a technical audiologist from SDU or DTU
- Speak and write Danish fluently, as you will be interacting with Danish-speaking end users
- Are knowledgeable about signal processing and electro acoustics
- Have technical flair and experience
