As Head of HR for the Nordic and Baltic Countries (NRB) in Siemens Healthineers you have a unique opportunity to lead a cross-national team of HR professionals, be trusted advisor for executive leaders and take responsibility for a broad variety of HR deliveries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Siemens Healthineers has recently released our new business strategy called ‘Ambition and Culture’. Linked to this the Global HR organization has set a strategic direction as well as formulated a set of global priorities for HR. As Head of HR for NRB you will play a vital role in adapting and implementing the global HR strategy in NRB to support the strategy of the business.
As Head of HR in NRB you have responsibilities in 3 main arenas:
Firstly, you are part of a team of HR leaders in EMEA and you report to the Head of HR for EMEA. Together you set the strategic direction and priorities based on the global HR strategy as well as on needs specific for the EMEA region.
Secondly, you lead a team of 3 HR Country Heads with whom you drive the HR agenda within the NRB countries. Your main stakeholders are members of the NRB Management Team.
Thirdly, you are HR Country Head for Denmark and responsible for all HR deliveries to the Danish organization. You work very closely with the Country Head and Country Finance Head as well as with other leaders in the organization.
You are ultimately responsible for all HR deliveries in NRB. To support you and your team you have access to a team of Compensation and Benefit specialists and a team of administrative HR experts who support you with HR-IT infrastructure, employment contract creation, payroll services, delegation support etc. These colleagues are physically located in different European countries but dedicated to support NRB.
Your qualifications and experience:
The ideal candidate has experience from a leadership position in an international company and extensive operational experience within most areas of HR including experience with being a trusted advisor for executive managers. To get success in the job it is important that you enjoy administrative as well as tactical and strategic tasks. More specifically you have the following qualifications:

You have a curious mindset are not afraid to speak up and challenge the status quo. You role model diversity of opinions and people and you are a great colleague. To lift the requirements of the position you must also possess the following skills:
- You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You hold a relevant university degree. Preferable master level
- You are a good communicator and process facilitator
- You possess good project management skills
- You have knowledge of Danish labor law and experience with handling personnel cases in Denmark
