Category Manager for intelligent hearing solutions

Then join us at FalCom! Here, you will take on exciting supply projects and become a part of our brand-new Operations team, with 5 colleagues, who are eager to meet you.

Secure key components for our products
Joining our Operations team in Ballerup, you will take part in our mission to manage outsourced production and supply for FalCom.
As such, you will be responsible for securing a steady supply of circuit boards and components to make sure that we always have the right amount at the right time and at the right level of quality. To do so, you will take responsibility for relations with our EMS and connector suppliers, and regularly:
Find solutions to new needs
We are constantly working on maximising comfort, durability and useability. As such, you will work closely with R&D on exploring and evaluating new suppliers and production techniques that may be relevant. One of your first projects will be the sourcing of box builds from a supplier in Malmø, Sweden. The project will be yours to lead, and your solutions and decisions will be key to making it a success.
You will however have the team, the Head of Operations, and our R&D, shipping, legal and sales functions to help you along.

- Conduct quality checks and solve any quality issues with our R&D
- Ensure coordination of delivery between suppliers and FalCom
- Create forecasts together with the sales department to ensure capacity
- Manage spend and lead price negotiations

Do you have both technical and commercial skills?
To succeed in this role, it is vital that you:
- Have some experience in supplier/sourcing management, project management, negotiations, capacity and performance management or similar
- Have a good understanding of EMS, EE components, box builds or similar – possibly from experience or a technical degree
- Are fluent in English – Danish or Swedish is an advantage
