The position is a maternity cover and will be limited to spring 2023.
As Global Head of People- & Organizational development you are responsible for supporting the execution of the business strategy and ensure alignment with the people strategy. You will drive relevant people related projects on a strategic level while at the same time supporting shorter term priorities. In general, the role sets global direction while balancing local adoption and adjustments across LEO pharma globally.

The job
As Global Head of People- & Organizational development you are responsible for supporting the execution of the business strategy and ensure alignment with the people strategy. You will drive relevant people related projects on a strategic level while at the same time supporting shorter term priorities. In general, the role sets global direction while balancing local adoption and adjustments across LEO pharma globally.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Set the direction for Diversity & Inclusion activities and strategic focus areas as part of the roll-out across LEO pharma on our journey towards best practice
- Drive LEO pharma Academy as a ‘one stop shop’ for learning and development activities across LEO pharma
- Set the direction for strategic learning activities and solutions with the input and involvement of key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Set the direction for the agile journey and roll-out of new, agile ways of working in Global People & Communications
- Engage with key stakeholders across and beyond LEO pharma to ensure enterprise thinking and external orientation
- Drive the prioritization of strategic initiatives using agile principles and set up objective metrics for the agile transformation
- Manage the complex and sometimes conflicting objectives across the different levels and geographies as well as cultural differences in- and outside of LEO pharma
Your qualifications
- MSc in relevant area and 8+ years of experience in relevant fields
- A deep understanding and experience working with tools and methods for strategy development and implementation of roadmaps
- A proven record of strong change and communication skills and experienced in conveying complex knowledge to all levels of the organization
- Great people leader skills with a keen focus on development and empowerment
- Strategic thinker, good at developing concepts and driven by turning strategy into deliveries, tangible results, and business impact
- Ability to actively support, coach and challenge senior leaders and other stakeholders.
