Integrated Business planning is part of Global Supply Chain where you make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world by securing reliable supply to patients who relies on LEO Pharma medicines.
Global Supply Chain in LEO Pharma has employees situated worldwide and is part of the Global Product Supply (GPS) area.
You will head up Integrated Business Planning with the mission to secure aligned Operating Plans between GPS, Commercial Regions and Business Finance, to optimize resource utilization, while servicing market needs within boundaries of operational feasibilities and optimal inventory and Net Working Capital levels
Facilitating the SnOP cycle is a core enterprise process to ensure execution of the strategy, elevating key decisions and proposals for issue resolution to an Executive SnOP with GLT representatives, and supporting quarterly reporting to the Board.
Your primary tasks will be:
As Stakeholder management is an essential element, with close stakeholder collaboration in Global Product Supply, including our Production Sites, as well as Contract Manufacturing Organizations, Finance and Global Sales & Marketing, you are well accustomed to mastering demanding stakeholders in a proactive and constructive manner.
In your educational background you have a university degree either in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
At minimum 10 years of relevant experience within Global Supply Chain preferably from global Pharma companies, or experience obtained within a highly regulated environment. Furthermore, you can show a proven leadership track record, and you possess great Project Management skills including a well-versed knowledge of the associated toolbox.
You have deep experience with S&OP and Business Planning Process implementation and APICS CPIM or CSCP trained with certification is preferred.

You will be based at the LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen and will join as head of a team of six highly skilled, dedicated, and enthusiastic specialists who dedicate their everyday professional career to ensure continuous improvements of our global supply chain operation. Collaboration with our external partners/CMO’s occurs mainly virtual but you can expect some travel activities.

The job
You will head up Integrated Business Planning with the mission to secure aligned Operating Plans between GPS, Commercial Regions and Business Finance, to optimize resource utilization, while servicing market needs within boundaries of operational feasibilities and optimal inventory and Net Working Capital levels
Facilitating the SnOP cycle is a core enterprise process to ensure execution of the strategy, elevating key decisions and proposals for issue resolution to an Executive SnOP with GLT representatives, and supporting quarterly reporting to the Board.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Develop the design and lead the process of an effective S&OP process
- Ensure alignment with all functions involved in the S&OP process
- Evaluate and develop IT tools to ensure sophisticated demand forecasting capabilities are enabled (statistical forecasting, covariance analysis of internal/external data)
- Responsible for the continuous reconciliation process and improving reporting systems, driving IT enhancements to simplify and automate reporting process.
- Own global standard templates for monthly reporting, input data and corresponding tools to enable an S&OP process on different aggregation levels
- Establish and lead cross-functional teams involving all stakeholders to ensure transparency of information, alignment of objectives and consistency of activities along the pipeline
- Contribute to network and impact analysis to strategic decision-making on new site supply network setups
- Support Executive GLT S&OP preparation by providing the appropriate inputs from the Global Product Supply Organization
Your qualifications
