At Siemens Mobility, we are looking for a Head of Customer Service who passionately keep our customers satisfied by ensuring compliance with our contracts and by having a strong focus on our skilled employees. You will be head of our highly specialized and dedicated business department of 65 employees and responsible for the business, including strategy. At Siemens Mobility, we create solutions for customers within the railway area that contribute greatly to a UN climate goal and create better traffic solutions in Denmark.
In this position, you will be head of a management team of six group leaders and at the same time be part of Siemens Mobility A/S' management group, where the service department – Customer Service – makes an important contribution to the overall success. Customer Service already has a number of extensive and long-term agreements with some of the primary stakeholders in the rail sector, which we are constantly working to improve. At the same time a lot is happening in the industry, where Siemens Mobility is working on offers for various long-term tenders and thereby growth.

- Continuous development of the business through digitization and automation of our solutions
- Leader of six groups, each with its own manager and a total of 65 employees
- Ensure employee well-being and good initiatives in the department
- "Profit & Loss" responsibility for the entire service business in Denmark
- Overall responsible for sales and supply in relation to service as well as subsequent spare parts sales to our customers
- Join Siemens Mobility A/S management group and ensure future growth and success through collaboration

- Management experience and ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues
- Good communicator - both in writing and orally for larger groups
- Experience with long-term contracts for complex technical systems
- Experience in business operations, including contract management, budgets and customer management
- Technical background and knowledge of the rail area or at least elements thereof – e.g. complex systems, operation of IT systems or machines
- You can run a business in Danish (preferable), English and possibly German
