The job
We created the global center of expertise (CoE) in 2018 so it’s still early days. Therefore, the overall objective for the Head of Global Talent Acquisition is to further establish the global COE for talent acquisition in LEO Pharma together with colleagues around the world by developing best-in-class global solutions, tools and processes.
Talent Acquisition is recognized as a strategic focus area in LEO Pharma, hence you will fill a highly strategic role and be responsible for leading the following activities:
Bring the newly developed global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life to increase awareness about LEO as employer and support the development of local EVPs for key markets and/or selected functions like R&D Develop and maintain global sourcing strategies and support the development and implementation of local/functional sourcing strategies for prioritized job types to ensure high-qualified candidates for job openings – short and long term Develop a global recruiting process and implement the corresponding module in SuccessFactor in close collaboration with our colleagues in IT Identify and deploy candidate screening, assessment and selection tools based on latest research and best-in-class Develop relevant metrics and provide talent analytics to support recommendations to line of business
Your qualifications
You hold a relevant master’s degree and have minimum of 7+ years of experience developing and executing global and local branding, sourcing and recruiting strategies, preferable in the pharmaceutical/life science industry. You are on top of the latest trends and best practices specially within social recruiting and digital tools – and recognized as a true subject matter expert. As we plan to implement SuccessFactor’s recruiting module in 2020, it’s critical that you have relevant project experience from implementing Success Factor or a similar IT solution in a global organization.
As a person you are able to set the direction, engage and develop a global project team. You are a strong communicator and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels while demonstrating a strong business acumen. You work in a organized and structured manner knowing that this is also important to succeed in this role.

Your new team
You will report to Executive Director Birgitte Gade heading the Global People CoEs and become a member of the leadership team with colleagues responsible for Rewards, Leadership development etc.
You will be working in a matrix set up where your closest collaboration partners will be three regional talent acquisition specialists who report into the global HR business partner organization but have a dotted reporting line to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. The four of you represent the global CoE. This “set up” reflects a wish to secure a close alignment of all CoE activities with line of business.
