Job description:
We are looking for a skilled sous chef for our kitchen at Loop Catering. As sous chef, you will have a central role in the development and preparation of vegetarian and vegan dishes that will impress our customers and set the standard for creative gastronomy.
Your duties will include:
- Planning and coordination of kitchen activities
- Development and preparation of innovative vegetarian and vegan menus
- Quality check and control of dishes before delivery
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene rules and standards
- Contribution to a positive and cooperative working environment
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience as sous chef or other similar leadership role within gastronomy
- Strong culinary interests, skills and creativity
- A passion for vegetarian and vegan food and an understanding of presentation
- The ability to work under pressure and lead a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety
