We are growing fast, and we are professionalizing our quality and process management, therefore we are looking for a passionate Head of Quality Management for our Compliance and Quality Management department.

You have a process-oriented mindset and possess a pragmatic working attitude with a hands-on mentality. You must have an analytical and structured mindset. You can work independently and are action oriented. You are not afraid of challenges and are willing to go the extra mile to get things solved and executed correctly the first time.

Main responsibilities
- Set up a quality management handbook by documenting all key processes together with your team and the respective departments.
- Identify process improvement potentials and align on improvement measures
- Ensure thorough implementation of measures.
- Take the lead on covering compliance related guidelines and regulations.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience with project management, process optimization or lean management.
- Expertise with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Retail experience is a big plus.
- Business fluent in English and Danish.
