Drive Customer Experience across a global organization
One of Nilfisk’s main strategic priorities is to become a customer centric organization. It will be your mission to help the company succeed with this by embedding customer insights into the business, thereby enforcing a customer centric mindset across functions and championing customer experience.
You will be based in the Nilfisk HQ in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen), manage a team of 3 full time employees and 2 students and report to the VP of Insights & Analytics.
Your main responsibilities include:
Relationship focused Customer Insights expert
You are a great manager who is focused on developing your talented team and interested in their wellbeing. You are also a great communicator, ensuring that data and insights have an impact and are acted upon. You can inspire change and increase focus on customer experience. Project management comes easy to you as you are organized and can manage many different activities at the same time. You are also great at stakeholder management as you are curious about people, organizations and markets. You give support to the business by understanding their needs and successfully drive projects that make a difference.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have a Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in a relevant area such as Sociology, Anthropology, Design, Marketing, Business, or similar. You have significant experience within an Insights role where you have worked with qualitative and quantitative data. You have worked in a global or multi country set-up and you have leadership experience. Furthermore, you have worked with NPS, customer interviews, market sizing and market intelligence.

- Gathering and communicating market sizing and intelligence
- Communicating widely around insights to increase overall customer centricity
- Ensure deliverables are on time and with right quality
