Influence our Leadership culture and development
As part of the Global HR Leadership Team and with reference to the Head of HR you will be the Global owner of the global HR development processes. You will serve as the Center of Expertise on these areas and support both your HR colleagues and the managers around the world. You will be playing a central role in setting the direction and the tone of our leadership culture globally.
You will work closely with your peers in the HR Leadership Team and with HR colleagues around the world. A close and strong collaboration with our HR Services organization will be important to secure a professional implementation of global processes.

Main responsibilities:
We want our tools and initiatives within this area to be research based, but it is very important that you can use the trends and research and “boil it down” to operational, simple and easy-to-use tools and processes. Long theoretical and very conceptual presentations is not our style. The first line manager is key when making changes. You will therefore be presenting directly to managers at all levels at short webinars and similar.
Experienced HR professional with a strong interest in HR trends
We imagine that you will probably hav more than 10 years of experience, both within Organizational development CoE roles and within HR Business Partner roles. You are curious on our business and how to gradually improve the way we work. Your foundation in organization and leadership is solid and you keep yourself updated on trends and recent research. You have a strong ability to use research and models to create simple-to-use and easily understandable tools for managers at all levels that supports them as leaders. Having a good understanding of the business, the life as a people manager and HR Business Partner is necessary.
You will be joining a very diverse HR Team where opinions are openly shared and discussed and we believe in the team creating the better solution together. We have fun, we trust each other’s competence and we get things done. We therefore expect you to be “leaning in” and actively contribute to the teamwork. Collaboration and a clear yet informal way of communicating should come natural to you.
The position is a "one person army" and you will be leading several global HR initiatives and projects, however always in close collaboration with HR Partners around the world and HR Services. In this role you will have the opportunity to really influence and set your mark on our Leadership culture and development.

Main responsibilities:
- You will be the owner of global HR processes such as our Engagement survey, Leadership Development, annual people development cycle and Organizational Reviews. You will constantly evaluate and improve these processes to keep them intuitive, value adding and easy to use for the organization and to meet the business needs of the company.
- You will keep up to date with best in class processes and trends within Organisational development, Learning & Development and Leadership development. You can conceptualize these, present them to the organization and drive the implementation of the improvements.
- Design and deliver Leadership trainings and “Train the trainer”.
- Be the champion of making our Nilfisk Behaviours guide the way we work
- Be the main partner for HR partners and managers when it comes to development of the organization, teams and people.
