Key Responsibilities
Overall, you are accountable for setting a clear steer and leading team consisting of Recruitment Partners, Training Partners and Student Assistants. You have the responsibility of ensuring smooth cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and other teams in the HR functions. Furthermore, you will be accountable for ensuring excellent support throughout recruitment and training processes.

You have the responsibility of ensuring smooth cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and other teams in the HR functions. Furthermore, you will be accountable for ensuring excellent support throughout recruitment and training processes.
Your general responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Set a clear vision and strategy for Training and Recruitment within Denmark
- Develop and empower the team to deliver within their areas of expertise
- Ensure employee engagement and development internally
- Prioritize relevant projects and tasks in the daily operation space
Specifically, within the Training area you will have to:
- Ensure effective implementation of training programs
- Support managers in the best balance between mandatory, safety and technical trainings, taking into account budgetary and legal constraints
- Ensure that new training offers are introduced and aligned across installations and departments
- Make sure that a Learning Management system is in place to support training demands from the business
- Support the development and optimization of training plans, and mobilizes relevant expertise
- Ensure compliance with Group Training Policy and GDPR
Within the Recruitment area, your tasks will involve:
- Ensure a value-adding recruitment life-cycle with clear objectives and deliverables
- Clearly define recruitment strategy and procedures
- Ensure that relevant tracking tools and systems are available for management reporting
- Develop an Employer Branding strategy
- Execute relevant projects in line with business needs, KPI’s and expectations
- Ensure compliance with Group Recruitment Policy and GDPR
