You will join our Management department in Esbjerg
As our new Management Assistant, you will be part of the Energy Field Development Management department. We are developing new services for the energy sector with a focus on optimising performance and productions, integrating environmental and safety interests, and increasing productivity in all phases of our projects.

You will join our Management department in Esbjerg
As our new Management Assistant, you will be part of the Energy Field Development Management department. We are developing new services for the energy sector with a focus on optimising performance and productions, integrating environmental and safety interests, and increasing productivity in all phases of our projects.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Project Manager on internal projects owned by the management team
- Plan and execute data collection and stakeholder consultations in close collaboration with the management team
- Create high level presentations and analyses
- Support and prepare for client meetings and internal sales meetings
- Support with tenders
- Coordinate administrative tasks in relations to support management
Your starting point for constant growth

- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Communication
- Excellent communications skills in Danish and English both written and verbally
- A few years’ experience from a similar role e.g. as a Student Assistant
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams)
- You are structured and good at handling many tasks at the same time
