Software Developer - Team Lead We are expanding the company and are looking for an experienced Lead for our Software Team.

Position Overview: In line with our rapid expansion, we're seeking a Team Lead to guide our software development initiatives, creating next-generation TMS treatment devices. This role is crucial to our growth strategy, offering an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within our R&D department. Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, you'll play a key role in steering our software development projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Design and develop software solutions for medical devices.
- Support our technology stack that includes GUI, Apps, Cloud-server, SQL, Embedded C/C++ on ARM, VHDL/FPGA across Windows, Linux and Android OS.
- Ensure high-quality documentation of development processes and outcomes.
- Manage software projects, timelines and deliverables, providing strategic prioritization to your team and the organisation.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure development efforts are aligned with strategic objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrable leadership experience in software development. Prior team lead experience is highly advantageous.
- Broad experience in technologies, platforms and C#/.NET/WPF.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Danish and English.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in teamwork and innovation.
