Use your administrative background to support Global Wind Organisation (GWO) in creating training standards for a safer and more productive workforce

GWO strive for an injury free work environment in the wind turbine industry, setting common international standards for safety training and emergency procedures together with its members
As of today, there are 112.000 GWO certified technicians working within the wind industry. They have become certified by receiving training from one of the now +420 GWO certified training providers throughout the world. Providing training standards that can stand the test of time in that scale, can only be done while focusing on key areas such as safety, productivity, local sourcing, and supply chain alignment.
How will you contribute to the development of safety training standards?
You will play a key role in the GWO Secretariat, contributing with your responsible nature and pride in executing administrative tasks with a high level of precision. You have an excellent command of English, written and spoken. If you speak Danish and other languages, that is an asset.

- Invoicing and payment collection
- Internal training course management
- General case handling and stakeholder queries by email
- Onboarding and alignment of training providers
- Onboarding and alignment of accrediting bodies and auditors
- Data intelligence activities
- Database user support and testing
- Alignment and cooperation with risk and quality function
- Review and case handling of audit reports
- Incident and complaints case handling
As our new colleague you are

What we expect:
- Relevant education
- Relevant office experience, preferably from international organisations
- Flexible and service minded
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Expert user of Microsoft Office 365 and experience or ability to learn other relevant systems, such as WebCRM and E-conomic
- Technical minded and comfortable working in a variety of web platforms
