This position is for you who is keen to take on a people management position and join a dynamic and business driven team of experts belonging to the first factoring network in Europe. You will leverage on the unique Selling proposition proposed by the factoring business line to experience exiting commercial success and create your own commercial success.Contribute to the company´s strategy and development plan as an active part of the Management Team
As Head of Client Relationship Management you will be covering the Nordic region with a large focus on Denmark and Sweden. Being a significant part of the Management Team, you are responsible for continuing the development of the existing portfolio of Corporate Clients as well developing newly acquired clients from a commercial and risk perspective together with the team, you will be in charge of. This includes:Assessment of the overall risk of each relationship on an ongoing basis. Tackling any business opportunities that may arise. Providing a best-in-class customer journey. Following up on client performance. Help new client acquisition in the region (from participating in prewash to co-read/prepare legal documentation). Participate in relevant credit committees and, if needed, represent business as delegation holder according to delegation letter. Handle your own portfolio of the largest clients. Referring to your people management responsibility you coach, develop and support your team members, who are two Relationship Managers, an Assistant Relationship Manager and a Business Analyst.Proven experience within Client Relationship Management and credit assessment
Your educational background is preferable at Master level in a financial/economic perspective. However, proven experience from a similar role in a financial institution combined with a HD-Degree is also acceptable. Overall, we expect you to bring min. 10 years of experience from client relationship management or a credit/risk management role within a financial institution dealing with the large corporate segment or the international financial institutions segment.You bring good social skills and have the capacity to communicate, build and maintain relationships at all levels across the international organisation as well as with clients and decision makers at Board level. You are a business-oriented, proactive and results-driven individual who is motivated by managing a team of skilled employees who is focused on strengthening/expanding the current business relationship with the clients. You are proficient in spreadsheets and MS Office, but also fluent in Danish/English (speak/writing).Catch new professional opportunities in an organization that offers new challenges to those with ambition
