Currently, we are looking for a Management Assistant who will handle a mix of strategic project management and admin tasks within the PE Assembly management team

Manufacturing and Global Procurement Global Manufacturing, Production Engineering (PE) Assembly
The Global PE Assembly function is part of the Vestas COO area operating with a regional setup. This means that daily work routines will reflect both line and matrix organisation, interacting with stakeholders across the full Vestas value chain. The Management Assistant will report to the VP of Production Engineering Assembly. The role will be based in Hammel and key work content will be a mix of tactical/strategic project management and PA/admin tasks within PE Assembly management.

Responsibilities
• Handle calendars and actively organise management's scheduling needs
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and administrative tasks within the PE Assembly function
• Plan, facilitate and follow-up from meetings
• Responsible for uploading and updating of team site in SharePoint or MS Teams, e.g. ex. action log from management meetings, internal news and announcements
• Handle Microsoft Teams, creating and maintaining Team Groups
• Prepare presentations, reports, speeches for Head of PE Assembly
• Travel planning and expense reporting for Head of PE Assembly

Qualifications
• Must have extensive previous experience in a similar position within Administration/Communication in an international company
• Experience from a Manufacturing or a Product Development function would be preferred
• Should be proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Project Management experience would be desired
• Solid experience in travel coordination
• SAP Concur is desired but not necessary

Competencies
• Solid administrative background with a willingness to take on projects from tactical and strategic levels. Someone who is structured, organised and who is actively listening, innovative, and able to work autonomously within their area of responsibility.
• Solid understanding of the support function in a global company
• Good interpersonal skills required to deal with internal customers and external stakeholders
• Good organisational skills and ability to work with existing processes while also implementing new ones
• Service as well as open-minded attitude
• Team-oriented attitude with eagerness to broaden the knowledge in the company across functional areas
• Robust and positive personality with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
