You will set your mark on the activities and decisions within ITO in the role as reliable and efficient partner. You play an important role across IT Operations as you drive projects and tasks supporting the implementation of our strategic goals and helping to ensure an efficient organisation. You work independently on assigned projects and functional ad hoc tasks and with supporting corporate activities and projects.

Independent personality with ambition and project management skills
You come with experience from a similar position or as a project manager, preferably from an IT organisation. Alternatively, you have completed a graduate program and are ready to continue your career in a role with a steep learning curve and a large degree of interaction across our global organisation. Your work experience is probably backed by a degree in business administration or similar, which has given you a solid understanding of economics.
You are characterised by your high energy level, service-orientation and flexibility. As a result of your independent approach and belief in your own capabilities, you can come up with your own solutions to problems. You are a highly structured person focused on always meeting deadlines. At the same time you ensure high quality in your deliveries through your detail oriented and analytical approach.
With your excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills, you are able to excel in a global organisation. Finally, the position requires you to be proficient in both written and spoken English as well as strong skills in Office365 including Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.

- Ensure that activities are under control and deadlines are met
- Drive the budget process and cost follow up
- Drive or support yearly processes, projects and ad hoc tasks
- Be responsible for project reporting
