Join a key function in Group Tax
Group Tax covers both corporate income tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax. The department consists of 11 dedicated colleagues, 10 of which are based at our HQ in Denmark, while 1 works from Poland.
Joining our ranks, we look forward to welcoming you to our Indirect Tax team where you and 4 colleagues among other tasks are responsible for sign off on legal requirement ensuring that they are compliant within our IT systems worldwide.
Translate legal requirements into IT systems
As indirect tax manager, you can look forward to a very versatile role where you take a holistic approach to establishing, optimising and documenting processes from an indirect tax and legal requirement perspective. One minute, digging into details interpreting local tax legislation in one country, while the next working to define and write process you are never short on exciting challenges as you work on various concurrent projects.
In short, you can look forward to taking a hands-on approach as you tackle tasks such as:
Holistic process understanding and business acumen
You possess an analytical mind-set and know how to handle large quantities of data. You are curious, always looking to learn more within your field. Finally, as you will be working in a dynamic environment interacting with a lot of different people, you need to have great communication skills.

As indirect tax manager, you can look forward to a very versatile role where you take a holistic approach to establishing, optimising and documenting processes from an indirect tax and legal requirement perspective. One minute, digging into details interpreting local tax legislation in one country, while the next working to define and write process you are never short on exciting challenges as you work on various concurrent projects.
In short, you can look forward to taking a hands-on approach as you tackle tasks such as:
- Reviewing systems to ensure VAT and legal compliance
- Analysing, interpreting and mapping local requirements and legislation for countries around the globe
- Determining gaps and taking action to ensure these are covered
- Setting up tax codes and indirect tax rate tables, ensuring that the right information is present in the various IT systems i.e. information that must be available to satisfy external reporting requirements
- Automating processes and optimising existing processes
Holistic process understanding and business acumen
You possess an analytical mind-set and know how to handle large quantities of data. You are curious, always looking to learn more within your field. Finally, as you will be working in a dynamic environment interacting with a lot of different people, you need to have great communication skills.
- You probably have a master’s degree in Business Administration and Auditing, a BCom or a similarly relevant degree
- You have 4+ years of experience working with processes, and financial systems, – it is ideal if you have worked with processes holistically
- You understand invoicing processes and how these merge within systems i.e. the route from transaction through registration and invoicing to the final reporting to authorities
- You know how to interpret local indirect tax legislation and how to define requirements for setting this up in IT-systems to ensure indirect tax compliance
- It is an advantage if you know SAP
- It is an advantage if you have VAT experience
