Business Change Management - an international department
In the Business Change Management Department (BCM), we are 9 colleagues located in 4 countries. We are responsible for supporting management on rolling out finance processes and tools worldwide. We work continuously to improve, optimise and standardise business processes within the finance area in DSV.
Rolling out existing and implementing new processes worldwide
As Business Change Manager you will be responsible for identifying new optimisation possibilities as well as areas for simplification and standardisation. Ensuring that the identified changes (operational, technological or structural) are designed, documented and implemented in the different countries, you also:
A strong communicator with finance background and knowledge of SAP
You may have 5-7 travelling days a month to other DSV offices worldwide, both in and outside Europe. So, it is important that you are flexible and willing to travel and work at different locations. Moreover, you have excellent communication skills at all organisational levels so you can roll out the different processes and create engagement at different levels and locations. As Business Change Manager you will be responsible for identifying new optimisation possibilities as well as areas for simplification and standardisation. Ensuring that the identified changes (operational, technological or structural) are designed, documented and implemented in the different countries, you also:
- Understand, interpret and communicate stakeholder requirements
- Change Management
- Participating in roll-out projects, leading and training as well as supporting business
- Support communication efforts
- Support Training efforts, ensuring appropriate training delivered successfully
- Support Organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Engage with Group process owners on optimization potential for finance processes based on country experiences
- Ability to adopt to increased work load during certain periods
- Respect deadlines is an absolute must

- have experience with/a background in finance (AR, AP, GL, controlling, reporting).
- are a confident user of SAP ERP and MS-Office.
- speak and write English effortlessly.
