Would you like to help us set the scene for DSV’s global HR tool in close collaboration with our stakeholders? Do you have experience with providing end user support within SAP SuccessFactors?

Then join us to make your mark on our growth journey. SAP SuccessFactors has been rolled out to over 44,000 employees with four payroll integrations so far. Currently our modules contain Employee Central, Time off, Onboarding, Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing, Performance Management and Succession. We have an ambitious plan to onboard the remaining countries and implement more payroll integrations in the upcoming years all while supporting the current 49 countries leveraging the solution.

Work together with stakeholders at various levels and across the global DSV organization.

As a member of the Global HRIS team your major responsibilities will be:

  • Lead a global HRIS team in supporting DSV Employee Central (an SAP SuccessFactors product), DSV’s global HRIS system, while maintaining a customer centric mindset. This team will be responsible for completing the new country onboarding and lead all other initiatives (new modules, enhancements, payroll integrations, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong functional HRIS team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning. Prepare and participate in the preparation of development plans for each functional associate who is a member of the HRIS team. Assess the skills and skill levels necessary to achieve HRIS work objectives.
  • Partners with functional HR and business stakeholders to understand, evaluate, and identify requirements for enhancements, new SAP SuccessFactors modules, and business process re-design.
  • Leads, manages and works on projects to develop, implement and continually grow DSV Employee Central. Provide strategic management and guidance - serving as the HRIS Project Lead.
  • Contribute to definition, communication & implementation of DSV Employee Central policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Understands EU laws, data privacy, security and labor requirements that impact DSV Employee Central setup and maintenance to ensure compliance.
  • Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors release strategy and incorporate new features and functionality into the DSV Employee Central roadmap as appropriate.

  • Business Acumen: Leverage business acumen in dealing with internal customers to drive the HRIS roadmap and prioritization discussions

  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Planning/Organizing: Prioritizes and plans work activities, possesses strong organizational skills


Education and Experience:
You have as a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or related area of study required. As well as five+ years prior work experience, in an HRIS, HR or IT project management role implementing and supporting HR applications for a large organization including experience in one or more of these areas of focus: HR applications for Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Succession, business process redesign, system enhancements, new development, reporting, user support and training. Global experience preferred. Also, we prefer candidates who have:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)


Specifics for Job / Environment:
• Your job location will be in Denmark and you will be part of DSV Panalpina Global HR with peers working in remote teams across the globe
