Contribute to the standardisation and automation of DSV Road:
As a Senior Change Manager in our Operational Excellence Team within BCM Road, you will play a central role in driving and reinforcing change, supporting the other BCM people by creating and driving the framework needed as well as being active change ambassador for the journey together with the rest.
We offer a flexible role with great responsibility, where you take part of a highly skilled team of colleagues. The position is based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen.
As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road.
More specifically, you will:
As all our projects are international, you can expect some traveling (10-20days per year)
You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in/from Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, and South Africa.
Self driven & proactive change manager with excellent Prosci & communication skills
Prosci, ADKAR reinforcement and process thinking is a big part of the role and operational or financial experience within the industry is considered an advantage. You are a team player who can work independently and who knows how to communicate to achieve the defined business objectives. You stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management - and specialist level.
Equally important, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly organised. You can structure your tasks and can manage your projects.

- Be part of driving the transformation journey of DSV Road, with focus on creating the necessary framework for executing the needed change of our 14000 employees in 34 countries.
- Understanding the change impact on the business and establish target change management activities to our operation.
- Executing reinforcement activities to ensure the future processes are adopted together with the management team in Road.

- can drive and tackle resistance.
- have drive, execution power and ability to drive challenged topics with a positive attitude
- are an experienced communicator with great skills within stakeholder management
- are strong at building frameworks to drive this change and have the needed experience driving big transformation journey.
- feel comfortable in communicating to of a lot different stakeholders but also to a bigger audience.
- speak and write English effortlessly
