As a Senior Business Change Manager in BCM Road, you will play a key role in driving and reinforcing changes within DSV Road. Together with your colleagues and the BCM Road management team you will act as an active change management ambassador while driving the transformation journey of DSV Road.

You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead successful change management projects.
While we are based in Denmark, we also have a thorough BCM network and colleagues in most of our 34 European countries.

- Be responsible for creating change management strategies and plans to ensure adoption and minimize resistance.
- Be part of conducting organizational change impact analysis. Evaluate change readiness and provide input on needed change management actions.
- Provide input and secure change management approach to training programs
- Be part of DSV largest change management program on European scale together with Change Managers in 34 countries
You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead successful change management projects.
While we are based in Denmark, we also have a thorough BCM network and colleagues in most of our 34 European countries.
You are ready to drive change across DSV Road because you:
- Are experienced in driving change in large organisations by utilizing change management principles, methodologies and tools e.g. Prosci/ADKAR
- Are capable of handling and fighting resistance as well as understanding and acting when needed
- Have a flare for relational leadership
- Are experience in conflict handling and know how to mediat in situations that can occur while dealing with change initiatives
- Knowledge of cognitive psychology and biases as well as behavioural design, knowing various behavioural principles that can be applied to change initiatives
- Can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate and communicate at both top management and specialist level
- Are comfortable in a busy environment where you work independently and self-supporting with many tasks running in parallel
- Have great communication skills while speaking and writing English fluently
