We need your help to take part on our exiting journey ahead and your competences to play a key role in building the foundation for the future DSV Road division!
Heading Operational Excellence efforts delivering directly to the transformation of one of the biggest logistics companies in the world.
You will be part of the senior management team in the Business Change Management Road organisation (BCM Road), that comprises highly competent, engaged and diverse colleagues from many countries across Europe.
We are all driven by the ambition to lead our global colleagues in the DSV Road business successfully through the extensive and unprecedented change journey over the next 4-5 years period.
As Head of BCM Operational Excellence (OE) department your primary focus and responsibilities will be to lead, unify and continuously strengthening the OE organisation, and ensure the successful bridging between high ambitions and the many concrete deliverables - some of these are:

You will be onboarded to an international BCM team with very ambitious colleagues from more than 15 European countries. We are a strong mix of broadly experienced people (covering both transport & logistics and other industries) and have a flat hierarchy where everyone is encouraged to speak their mind openly.
The location of the job is preferably in the headquarters of DSV in Hedehusene, but the right candidate can work from a local DSV office location.

As Head of BCM Operational Excellence (OE) department your primary focus and responsibilities will be to lead, unify and continuously strengthening the OE organisation, and ensure the successful bridging between high ambitions and the many concrete deliverables - some of these are:
- DSV Road core applications management (team of BCM OE Product Managers)
- Ownership of business requirements, functional roadmap, documentation and KPIs on all DSV Road major business applications
- DSV Road end-to-end process standardizations and governance
- Formalisation and continuous management of DSV Road end-to-end processes – from customer quotes and booking, planning and transport executions, to the financial settlement and reporting
- DSV Road frameworks and concepts, eg:
- Training/learning framework and materials
- Change Management framework and materials
You have a passion for people management and a natural confidence in leading bigger changes in large organizations

Your profile and previous professional experiences support
- Job roles in leading positions with direct management of one or more teams, incl. remote working foreign employees
- Work with product lifecycle management and application development in larger business organizations – from idea to implementation to decommission
- Strong interest and knowledge about End-to-End process management and the urge to drive continuous optimizations and change management efforts
- Ability to stand your ground when being challenged, and know how to navigate and communicate at both top management level and specialist level in organizations
- That you are comfortable in a busy work environment where you both work independently and self-supporting, while leading colleagues to ensure overall deliverables and deadlines are met
- Acting with a natural transparency and ability to continuously align across a broad stakeholder network in DSV
- Innovative thinking challenging the AS-IS and focusing on value creation through standardizations
- Great communication skills while speaking and writing English fluently
