As Product Manager in our Operational Excellence Team , within BCM Road You will be part of a international team responsible for designing process and business requirements in a functional E2E process in our Road Enterprise vision.
You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead the DSV Road business successfully through the extensive change projects over the next 4 years. While we are based in Denmark, we have BCM colleagues in most European countries.
We offer a flexible role with great responsibility and opportunity to make a direct impact on the future successes of DSV Road, as part of a highly skilled and dedicated BCM team of colleagues.
The position is based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen.

More specifically, you will:
- Be directly responsible for a specific process area, the supporting applications involved and the development roadmaps.
- Ensure that Road business requirements are described, refined and prioritized for timely development
- Secure that the Road core applications always adhere to our defined business principles, master data standards and support directly to our standardised processes
- Support the ongoing implementations of standard processes and core applications within the DSV Road business
- Define and maintain core application KPI’s and ensure ROI
Moreover, you have a profile and experience supporting
- Process thinking and evident structural competences
- Practical experiences with analyzing and optimizing processes with an end-to-end perspective
- Possibly an operational or financial background from the logistics industry
You are ready to take on this role because you:
- have worked with product management and application development in larger business organizations before and really see this as your call
- have a natural desire for end-to-end processes and the urge to drive continuous optimizations and change management
- can stand your ground when being challenged, and know how to navigate and communicate at both top management level and specialist level in organizations
- feel comfortable in a busy environment where you work independently and self-supporting with many tasks and deliverables in parallel, while ensuring full alignment across a broad stakeholder network
- are innovative and can develop ideas that will create value and benefit the business directly
- have great communication skills while speaking and writing English fluently
As all our projects are international, you can expect some international traveling.
