Project Leader with a flair for Change Management

As Head of CRM & Commercial Transformation you will be part of ALK’s Global Brand Management and Commercial Excellence team. The role comes with significant complexity and demands a combination of project management skills, people skills, and budget responsibility. You will be leading the biggest commercial IT investment project and organisational change in the commercial department over the next years, changing the daily work routine of all commercial employees in ALK globally. The stakeholder universe is vast and touches all layers of the organisation. You will be responsible for successfully implementing the new CRM system globally, as well as for continuously developing the commercial organisation in the future. At all times you need to ensure that the entire commercial organization is aligned on the vision for change.

Excellent operational skills and strategic mindset

To succeed in this role, you will use your strong ability to drive projects and implement change together with diverse stakeholders across the organization. You come with previous experience from a similar role where you have been leading a global system implementation or project in another international pharmaceutical company.

You thrive in the field between the strategic and the operational level and have the desire to become part of a dynamic organisation on an exciting growth and transformation journey. Furthermore, you get your energy and motivation by successfully leading an organisation through a complex project and change process.

Besides the above-mentioned competencies and experience we expect that you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
