UNEEG medical A/S is looking for an Experienced and committed Head of Supply Chain Manager. Today you have a similar job in a small or midsize medtech company or/and you have experience from the Life Science industry, and familiar with its rules and regulations.
UNEEG medical A/S have recently launched the first product solution for the Epilepsy market and as Head of Supply Chain you will have a key role in providing Leadership and keeping oversight at all stages and be part of the transition from research/development to commercialization – and be responsible for our production and delivery of products to the market.
You enjoy managing a team, and will in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders be the turning point for Supply Chain. Further, the Head of Supply Chain will be the front runner for change and improvement in all processes, re-think LEAN in the Supply Chain and implement Navision as MRP in close corporation with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities and tasks
Reporting to the VP Operation, you will be responsible for a team of 3 persons. You will be in close collaboration with internal stakeholders as, QA, Product Development, Finance and external suppliers in DK, EU and the US.
The Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You must expect approximately 20-40 days of travel activity per year.

Key responsibilities and tasks
Reporting to the VP Operation, you will be responsible for a team of 3 persons. You will be in close collaboration with internal stakeholders as, QA, Product Development, Finance and external suppliers in DK, EU and the US.
The Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Full responsibility of the Supply Chain covering from Design Transfer to customer deliveries
- Set the direction and inspire/motivate your employees to deliver the best high performance team
- Member of the R &D and Supply Chain management team
- Provide both oversight and hands on plus strategic expertise to ensure new and consistent processes.
- Excellence in production planning and procurement and execution within timelines.
- Build- up of production and inventory facilities (at any time incl. external turnkey suppliers or new sites)
- Communicate regularly and effectively with relevant stakeholders including but not limited to Sub supplier management, all in –and out-bound logistic.
- Budget responsible and responsible for contract negotiations with Sub-suppliers.
- Ensure Design Transfer of all projects from Product Development
- Re-think LEAN in the Supply Chain, all processes and systems in close corporation with stakeholders.
- Be supportive in implementing 365 Business Central for Supply Chain
You must expect approximately 20-40 days of travel activity per year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background within Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years of experience within Production, Logistics & Supply Chain
- Preferably 3 years of managerial experience leading a team
- Experience from the Medical device or related industry
- Thorough understanding of LEAN, ISO 13 485 and US FDA QSR
- Project Management skills
