Department
In the role as Project Manager, you will become a part of small and dynamic team, that interfaces with all stakeholders in our New Product Development (NPD) projects, as well as being the primary interface toward customer design teams in our Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) projects.
In NPD projects, the team plays a vital role in determining the nature of the product, defining project tasks, assembling the appropriate team, and planning the project execution. On the other hand, ODM projects involve leveraging existing platforms that sales representatives present to clients. The team typically joins the process in the later stages, addressing specific customer requirements and ensuring the feasibility of requested modifications. Regardless of the project type, the team works on both large and small-scale project.
The team is used to working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by their passion for the products and making the team shine. They want to become the best Project Managers in Denmark and have a strong professional DNA while maintaining a relaxed and open atmosphere.
Position
In the role as Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects from start to finish, working with a diverse portfolio of projects, both software and hardware-focused.
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the power behind great sound alongside our dedicated Pascal team. You will have a direct impact on our rapid expansion of the product portfolio, establishing a strong presence in the global audio industry.
In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage your own projects and play a crucial role in defining timelines, project costs, and resource allocation in collaboration with the assigned project team. With your keen eye for detail and ability to maintain momentum, you will oversee larger projects while simultaneously managing the progress of smaller ones.
Your inclusive approach will ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to maintain an overview and ensure project momentum will contribute to the successful execution of projects.
In this role you get the opportunity to be the driving force behind Pascal’s dynamic project (Both NPD and ODM) and make you and the team succeed together.
Responsibilities
You need to be technical by nature and possessing a strong understanding of the field, although not necessarily technical educated.
Furthermore, this position does not require certification in project management but you should have a solid knowledge of the discipline and relevant experience.

Requirements

- Have previous experience with coordinating/managing projects in hardware companies.
