The department

Site Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area in Diabetes Finished Products with approx. 700 employees. You will be a part of Business Support. The department consists of approximately 90 dedicated employees in 7 teams with responsibility for Site strategy, cLean, Supply Chain and Finance.

The job

You play a key role in the department and at the site where your team is responsible for Finance, Procurement, Business Intelligence, and EHS at Site Hillerød. These areas contain site budget process, procurement including contract negotiation, business intelligence and building the strategy for automating processes at site Hillerød and handling the RPA (Robot Process Automation) in the DFP network.

As team leader, you will work closely with your team of 9 employees who are highly committed and work to a high professional standard. Your task is to maintain drive and commitment so your team performs well together in order to deliver the best possible support to the site managers. With visible leadership and sparring you create a culture where everyone is ready to challenge methods, systems, and processes and continuously make them better, smarter and faster.

You will have the overall vision, evaluate performance and set the direction for the team. The tasks are generally of high complexity and require you to be a sparring partner to your employees, as well as to your team-leader colleagues in your own and other departments. You will work closely with your manager focusing on creating unity in the department and securing the long-term strategic direction.

Qualifications

You have a financial education and have worked with Finance and controlling. Preferably you have managerial experience

The job as team leader requires equal focus on professional competencies and management, including fast decision making. Furthermore, the job requires a high level of structure and systematics in order to have an ongoing overview of strategy, the tasks, and the team. Thus, knowledge about cLEAN® will be an advantage.

It is crucial that you can motivate and engage your employees, preferably through your own strong commitment. You have calmness and control which causes your many stakeholders to perceive you as being professional and trustworthy, and that the employees want to follow you.
