Focus on facilitating new projects and setting directions
ALK is looking for a Manager of Engineering Projects to be responsible for engineering projects and larger equipment qualification activities at their site in Hørsholm. The projects encompass upgrades, optimizations, and new acquisitions within both utility and process equipment as well as non-GMP related machinery or facilities. You will lead an engineering team of 16 people with different professional areas of expertise (e. g. process equipment, water, ventilation, electric power etc.). The team works in close collaboration with stakeholders in Manufacturing, QC, Finance and Facility Management. On larger investment projects the team enters into project groups as subject matter experts within their area of expertise.Exciting workplace with great development opportunities

As Manager of Engineering Projects, it is essential that you possess the ability to keep a sense of perspective and can both coach and challenge your team in order to support them and ensure structure and the right level of problem solving and quality on projects.Your qualificationsSc./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or similar. Solid management experience leading project teams or other relevant teams. Project Management experience in GMP environments. Technical knowledge of process equipment and/or utilities, preferably also experience with qualification activities. Knowledge about general regulatory and GMP requirements. Excellent Danish and English skills both written and spoken. Would you like to learn more?
