In nne’s Process Automation Department, we are in the middle of a leap into the next generation of futureproof solutions including new paradigms in the field of digital solutions and modular and flexible system architecture. Concurrently we are looking into a rapidly growing portfolio of projects, and therefore we want to strengthen our management team with a Manager for our team in Kalundborg.

nne is an international company, specialized in pharma engineering. We help pharmaceutical companies bring products to market by providing flexible, compliant and future-proof solutions. We support the entire pharma manufacturing lifecycle from setting direction, realizing benefits of strategic investments and optimizing manufacturing and business processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: You will join the leading and largest supplier within Process Automation solutions for Pharma and Biotech customers in DK. Our department supply Automation Engineering Services within API production from innovation through all needed engineering phases to support our customers in the entire life-cycle of their systems ensuring up-to-date evaluation and application of new technologies.

In nne, we keep our knowledge updated by investing in personnel development and through cooperation with Expert Colleagues, and we constantly strive to optimize our methods and Work Smarter in order to stay Best in Class.

As our new Process Automation Manager your main tasks will be:

  • Daily management of appr. 25 employees.
  • Assure a balanced capacity in the department to match the demand from our customers in the area.
  • Active participation in sales activities and close customer contact.
  • Stay on top of future market trends and challenges to ensure a leading strategic position
  • Support the competence development of our department according to technological demands and market development
  • Support the ongoing development of our cooperation with our sister department in Bangalore, India.
  • Work in close cooperation with the Department Management Team and across departments in our Automation & IT area.


Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in people management e.g. line manager or project manager
  • Proven experience within Automation – preferably Process Automation in a batch production environment
  • Preferably practical knowledge of PCS systems such as: Sattline, 800xA, DeltaV and PCS7
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements GMP and GAMP in connection with pharmaceutical production is preferable.

  • You have excellent customer understanding and an ability to build up professional networks with our clients.
  • You inspire and demonstrate leadership in customer relations.
  • You work effectively and keep your promises.
