As a Agile IT project manager in NNE's Manufacturing IT area within the Automation & IT division, you will have the opportunity to supervise a wide variety of projects with focus on application implementation in both internal or external IT projects.
Our implementation projects in Manufacturing IT (MIT) vary a lot, which is why some projects are using agile methodologies like SCRUM and SAFe. The agile approach is applied in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and we are constantly focusing on implementing the technology of tomorrow to support our customer needs typical within the Industry 4.0 domain..
You will run projects in an international environment with a team of highly skilled engineers and specialists, throughout all the project phases from the early analysis and detail design towards implementation, and handover to operation to qualification and final operational handover to our customers. The project size can vary but typically include 5-10 persons.
Novo Nordisk is investing 18 BN DKK in establishing four new manufacturing facilities and expanding three existing facilities at their manufacturing site in Kalundborg. NNE is the engineering partner on several of these major projects and plays an essential role in establishing the new facilities. These will include state-of-the-art production technologies bridged with Novo Nordisk’s more than 50 years of experience in biomanufacturing. How you might spend your days
As an Agile IT Project Manager in MIT, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll :
- Be leading both multiple agile projects as well as traditional waterfall projects
- Focus on the project plan and ensure the delivery within agreed schedule
- Focus on Scope, Cost and Budget follow-up in collaboration with internal project controller
- Define the project execution strategy and change this to a time schedule and constantly identify and mitigate risks
- Handle stakeholder management and assure sufficient level of communication
- Secure the final delivery of the agreed scope and quality and assure the project is within the budget
- With your proven leadership skills, you'll motivate, develop, and give feedback to the team, and ensure a high level customer and employee satisfaction
Who you are

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have an educational background on bachelor level or similar relevant technical background.
- You have at least 3 years of experience within IT projects, preferable with some experience as SCRUM master
- Certified as a Project Manager within e.g., IPMA, PMP, PRICE 2 and preferable have experience with SAFe and SCRUM
