As a project manager in NNE's Manufacturing IT area within the Automation & IT division, you will have the opportunity to supervise a wide variety of projects and be responsible for coordinating one or several of our projects within our project portfolio of internal or external IT projects.
In the NNE Manufacturing IT area our focus is an IT/OT infrastructure, software development and implementation projects. We coordinate our projects in close collaboration with our customers as well as other function areas within Automation and IT. We are working with all the new technologies to support our customers’ needs today and tomorrow within the Industry 4.0 domain.
You will run projects in an international environment with a team of highly skilled technicians, specialists, and engineers through all the project phases from the early project phases and test execution to final operational handover of our deliveries to our pharma/biotech customers.
We are currently looking for several Project Managers for carrying out our growing portfolio and therefore need Agile Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
The project size for the projects can vary a lot from very large greenfield projects, where you will be a part of a large organization, to minor complex projects, where you are responsible for the whole delivery.
Novo Nordisk is investing 18 BN DKK in establishing four new manufacturing facilities and expanding three existing facilities at their manufacturing site in Kalundborg. NNE is the engineering partner on several of these major projects and plays an essential role in establishing the new facilities. These will include state-of-the-art production technologies bridged with Novo Nordisk’s more than 50 years of experience in biomanufacturing. How you might spend your days
As Project Manager in MIT, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll :
- Define the project execution strategy and change this to a time schedule and constantly identify and mitigate risks
- Focus on setting the right team, cost estimating, plan and follow-up on the budget in collaboration with your team
- Handle stakeholders and management and assure sufficient level of communication
- Secure the final delivery of the agreed scope and quality and assure the project is within the budget
- You'll motivate, develop and give feedback to the team, and ensure high level of customer and employee satisfaction with your proven leadership skills,

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Engineer, electronic or computer scientist or similar degree/experience or relevant technical knowledge background
- Solid experience within IT projects and we appreciate previous experience within pharma manufacturers area
- Have been certified as a Project Manager within e.g., IPMA, PMP, PRICE 2 and maybe also experience with SAFe and SCRUM
