Kastrup

We are looking for a talented HR Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator, or Recruitment Scheduler who enjoys the responsibility of being the first point of contact and the main point of contact for stakeholders and candidates alike, and who can handle scheduling interviews and most importantly, understands the importance of an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Recruitment process: including advertising of roles online, screening CVs, interview scheduling, phone screening, interviews. Respond to candidates advising successful/unsuccessful for positions.
  • Ensure appropriate approval process for all recruitment requisition(s) is adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collated from candidates, including licences/medicals etc.
  • Provision of general administration support to the HR Department
  • Assist in the coordination of various HR projects, events.
  • Maintain HR Database & updated with all relevant employee information
  • Assist employees with access to the HR online systems & Intranet.
  • Onboarding: Work closely with HR team to ensure all necessary steps are actioned to ensure recruits are successfully onboarded and set up on the HR Database.
  • Responsibility for timely completion of all candidate background/reference checks
  • Liaise with relevant Airport Authorities regarding airport id permits
  • Assist in the issuing and retrieval of CityJet Crew ID’s ensuring compliance with internal security regulations.
  • Facilitate Employee induction as required.
  • Provision of general administration support to the HR Department.
  • Provide recruitment and or HR support for outstations as required (Business Travel may be required).
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience working in a recruitment or flight operations role desirable
  • Excellent administration and organization skills
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Proactive, flexible and a team player
  • Exercise complete discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
