Admin and Operation Manager for a new music streaming service in India
We are busy building a new product on top of our world-leading technology, and you’ll be working in close cooperation with our entire company to help us make sure we can deliver a high-quality product.
Our drive is to continue to lead the way in making music discovery relevant through personalization - in every Moodagent playlist and for every Moodagent product.
For our office in New Delhi, we are now looking for competent and music-interested Admin and Operation Manager for our team, who already have experience in office management, administrative tasks and the coordination of events.
Your task is to support the team in day-to-day business and to implement special tasks independently.
What you'll do:
- Responsibility for all internal communication
- Assumption of all team-related organizational and administrative tasks
- Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings
- Responsibility of travel management, as well as billing
- Preparatory financial accounting
- Contract handling and filing
- Planning and implementation of internal and external team and B2B events
- Procurement of office supplies, everyday items and groceries
- Care for guests and partners
- Onboarding of new team members
- Communication in English
What you look like:
- At least commercial training and more than 2 years as a team assistant or in a similar position
- Happy experiences from the media industry
- Very good knowledge of English
- Proactive work
- Excellent organization
- High resilience
- Emphatic and communicative
- 30 hours a week or full time
