The Service Delivery Platform is established to re-engineer and automate the engine room and execution of the services our customers buy and expect us to deliver.
The focus is on making a giant leap in the service levels the customers’ experience and to deliver these consistently so our customers’ learn to trust in our products to an extend that allow them to simplify their supply chains.

You will enter a business platform team of senior leaders with a variety of backgrounds, but with one common goal of delivering on the platform vision.
You will spar with, learn from and contribute to the learning of senior peers in the platform team as well as in other platforms and the functional product owning team.
In this role you will be part of the platform leadership group working hand in hand with the engineering directors and teams on the technology side and with significant stakeholder management responsibilities at senior levels across our enterprise.
You will be the guardian of the vision and ambitions within the field of modernising and enabling the replacement of our equipment management application (RKEM) that has served us well for 30 years.

Lead and develop your team of Platform Product Owners, as well as inspire and influence the global operator community in your scope.
• Formalise detailed scopes and visions / ambitions and build detailed plans for what in fact is required to build from new
• Manage the overall progression of the replacement / modernization of RKEM – and full accountability for same together with the engineering director as “two-in-a-box”
• Own and drive running of the legacy application estate surrounding RKEM as well as maintenance and sunsetting of existing technologies as new technologies replace them.
• Be accountable for establishing and tracking objectives and key results giving evidence of progress
• Build organizational capabilities, support the development of team members and improve engagement and team work
• Business acumen and understanding of the complexity offered by the processes and landscape that surrounds one of our core enterprise applications
• Leadership - Creating an environment where highly engaged people deliver strong results. Drive our vision and strategy so it motivates others to action. Lead, inspire and grow a high performing team who is empowered make decisions to achieve cost savings and better solutions for our customers.
• Product development experience, affinity for technology and an understanding of how technology can deliver business outcomes.
• Collaboration – Developing strong cross-functional relationships and ability to influence and impact without authority. Building partnerships and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to meet shared objectives and create company value
