Support management in a wide range of tasks
Reporting to the VP for IT Operations, you will ensure the daily planning and coordination and support him in a wide range of administrative tasks:
You will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene.
Service minded personality with the ability to prioritise
You have developed your professional attitude and experience in handling sensitive information in a similar position in a large global organisation. You are a highly structured person focused on always meeting deadlines and you are able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously. At the same time, you ensure high quality in your deliveries through your detail oriented and analytical approach. You thrive in an ever-changing organisation and find it natural to take ownership and make decisions. In addition, you are proficient in both written and spoken English and possess strong skills in Office365 including Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.

Support management in a wide range of tasks
Reporting to the VP for IT Operations, you will ensure the daily planning and coordination and support him in a wide range of administrative tasks:
- prepare and carry out calendar and meeting planning
- handle incoming emails, often corresponding on behalf of the VP for IT Operations
- plan and participate in IT Operations management meetings, write MoM and follow up on action points
- plan the quarterly town-hall meetings and coordinate communication across IT Operations
- various administrative duties in support of the daily day-to-day operations
- keep an eye on and follow up on deadlines for various tasks and structure all recurring activities
