General Manager Denmark
As our current General Manager going forward will concentrate on our global organization, we are looking for a new General Manager for our local Danish team.
As General Manager, with reference to the company's management, you will have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of Moodagent’s national activities in Denmark.The Danish team is constantly evolving and focused on marketing, artist and label relations, customer support, PR, editorial and partnerships. In collaboration with the global teams, you will be responsible for further development and execution of the local marketing strategy.
It's important that you have experience from a similar position and can motivate your team members to meet their deadlines. We are looking for someone with proven experience.
These are some of the things you will do:
- You will have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of Moodagent Denmark’s national activities
- You will be responsible for further developing and executing the local marketing strategy with a heavy focus on digital marketing
- Prepare and monitor projects and budgets including meeting KPIs
- Lead and motivate the Danish Marketing team
We expect you to have:
- A solid experience in all aspects of digital marketing
- Good leadership skills and know how to motivate your employees
- Strong negotiation skills with a good track record for closing deals
- You must be an executive, able to maintain overview and be in control of your projects
- You need to be energetic and have a great drive
- A wide network within music / entertainment will be an advantage
