A unique opportunity to set up new change initiatives (platforms, products, processes.) within QED scope using Maersk’s standard change execution methodologies and tools.
You will also support existing change initiatives to provide advice to QED Leadership and senior management on needed remediation from change execution perspective.
Furthermore you will also serve as the Maersk centre of excellence on Change Initiatives Execution.

As Global Transformation Lead you will be driving change execution practice adoption as well as ensuring effective execution of change initiatives.
Other key tasks:
• Identify high-priority change execution initiatives together with Portfolio Management
• Support POs to get change initiatives started
• Align initiative objectives with business objectives, guide the selection & planning of all related activities
• Ensure appropriate and effective governance, supported by comprehensive reporting and communication
• Provide agile and program management execution expertise and dedicated support when needed
• Facilitate decision-making in change initiatives to ensure delivery of milestones and objectives
• Ensure that initiatives overcome challenges, dependencies / risks are managed, and impediments solved
• Provide insights and recommendations on value realization during change initiatives execution, ensuring visibility to plans, risks and progress (together with relevant parts of QED)
• Support Portfolio Managers with insights to facilitate strategic discussions towards portfolio monitoring and the ECR (Enterprise Change Review)
• Educate, coach and mentor program and project managers. Mobilize an adequate resource pool.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management in change initiatives and alignment with all parties
• Develop and improve change execution practice guideline, approach and toolbox
The ideal candidate have 7-12 years of Agile and Program/Project management experience with a proven track record.
Certifications within PMP, Prince2, Scrum, Agile is a clear advantage.
