You will be part of the biggest transformation in the shipping industry since the containerisation of shipping. You will be an integrated player in fulfilling our ambitious growth aspiration, being a key player in building customer value propositions to the worlds’ leading companies, and drive sales pursuits with a strategic agenda for our customers. As a Europe Regional Product Expert for TradeLens, you will be responsible for building trust and robust partnerships with customers in the Region to identify current and future needs and provide them with the right digital solution to grow their business through the support of your expertise and guidance. Through TradeLens solution unique value proposition and capabilities you will play an instrumental role in connecting what’s disconnected by building end-to-end digital solutions supporting our customers’ ambitions and needs to achieve sustainable growth.
You will work in close collaboration with our Global Commercial team and TradeLens Collaboration team, delivering input to global strategy and direction, and translating customer’s requirements to drive strategic product development.
You will be a key partner to the local sales organisation identifying customers’ current and future needs, defining the customer specific value proposition, building tailor-made solutions, and ensuring a successful customer experience, all the way, through this leading industry digital platform, thus being an integral part of delivering our mission to become a more connected, transparent, efficient, and paperless industry, and driving Maersk growth.
You will be our TradeLens expert increasing product awareness, and operational capabilities in our organization working closely with sales organization and TradeLens Collaboration team, manage risks and driving operational and financial performance in the area.
Significant experience in end-to-end Supply Chain with proven ability in product and solution development that generate value across all functions of a client’s business. + 7 years in the industry.
A commercially-savvy and Go-getter TradeLens advocate with proven track record in assessing market and customer needs and translating this into sales plans and customer engagements that deliver growth.
Obsessed with customers and how leading innovations and digital end-to-end solutions can transform the industry and democratize global trade
Software solution-selling experience is a plus.
Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities from existing and new customers, through a collaborative selling effort at “Regional Director Level”.
Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
You are used to work independently, deliver on your commitments, work with agility and urgency and handle ambiguity well.
