As our Compliance Training Manager you are responsible for training projects from start to end. You will be designing, developing and implementing training solutions focusing on our Code of Conduct and in particular on anti-corruption, data privacy, sanctions, export controls and competition law.

We will rely on your creativity and expertise to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand and innovative learning solutions that are fully tailored to our employees’ needs.

Through various tracking methods you will provide insight in the effectiveness of delivered training and use these results to further improve our curriculum. In addition, you support the implementation of worldwide compliance communication activities.

We provide the option of working remotely from anywhere in the European Union but preferred locations are (anywhere in) Denmark and the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities


As Compliance Training Manager you will work with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, define target groups and prioritize projects.

You will be designing and developing instructor-led (live or virtual), e-learning and blended learning training materials.

Other key tasks:

• Manage the implementation of training solutions using our learning management system or by arranging instructor-led training.

• Assist in the development and implementation of an annual training plan including annual targets, target groups and timelines.

• Manage reporting and documentation requirements.

• Monitor the effectiveness of training activities and report on key training indicators.

• Develop, design and manage an annual communication plan to inform employees worldwide on training issues in timely, active, clear, regular and targeted fashion in collaboration with the communications department.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree related to instructional design or educational sciences combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience managing internal training programs.

Knowledge about anti-corruption, data privacy, competition law, sanctions and export controls is beneficial.

Furthermore you:

• Have excellent written and verbal skills in English. Fluency in another language is beneficial

• Have experience with e-learning development (Articulate preferred)

• Have experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone preferred)

• Have experience with training project management

• Have knowledge on curriculum management

• Have know-how on creating and implementing classroom training materials

• Have excellent knowledge of the MS Suite (especially Powerpoint, Forms, Yammer, Teams).
