A role that orchestrates the optimization and standardization of all existing and new products and relaunches them in a One Integrator Product Catalogue.

An opportunity to build and grow a network spanning all Maersk Business Product Owners, key involved functions, and senior executives.

A role covering an additional element of guiding Business Product Owners on Maersk E2E Product Management discipline and best practices.

This position is based in Maersk HQ in Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities


As the Senior Product Manager you will be accountable for ensuring Maersk Ocean and Logistics business Products are clearly defined and meet agreed, distinct One Integrator Product Catalogue inclusion standards – ensuring customers are clear on what they buy.

You are accountable for ensuring Maersk Ocean and Logistics business Products have clearly defined, agreed internal execution sign off’s - ensuring a customer can trust Maersk delivers.

You will maintain up-to-date standards and business rules for how to clearly define Products and secure execution sign off’s, agreed across all involved key functions – as well as anchored in Maersk E2E Product Management discipline.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate will have +10 years of Product Management experience, preferably from a global, best-in-class Product Management organization. This represents a selection criterion.

You are experienced or highly confident in sparring with / coaching Business Product Managers owning the P/L.

You apply design thinking methods and have strong problem-solving skills.

You are self-driven, have high energy and want to make a success of your own scope and help push the team forward.

You have an objective and constructive fact-based approach, confident working cross-functionally, connecting across organizational levels.

You are a natural communicator, and collaborator with an action bias.
