ABOUT THE JOB
Together with the Revenue & Reservations team, you will be the Ambassador of the d’Angleterre in creating a first & lasting relation with our guests. You will provide a service that lives up to the Leading Hotels of the Worlds’ standards. You will work in close relationship with the other departments of the hotel in order to elevate our guests and ensure that their needs are fulfilled. We daily work with booking of rooms, replies to various guests’ inquiries and daily quality checks, commissions, and updates of our systems as well as other ad hoc tasks. You will actively seek to understand and develop the ways of distribution of our rooms.
WE EXPECT
You are a dedicated person with excellent communication skills and a solid knowledge of customer service. You know the importance of a smile, especially through the phone. You have experience in the hotel branch & reservations. You understand revenue management and have experience with booking & revenue systems like Ideas, Synxis, & Opera. A knowledge of the distribution channels and digital marketing is an advantage for the position. You are detail oriented, know how to prioritize your tasks. You are flexible in your working hours that can involve weekends and holidays. You are fluent in speaking & writing English and maybe speak other languages. Danish is a plus but not a requirement.
