As Lead Engineer, you will lead engagement within management reporting engineering team for assigned implementation releases from explore to implementation owing the end to end delivery. You will partner with our Management reporting business product owners in translating EPICs into user stories and then delivering them in realizing best possible business outcome while following enterprise architecture framework.

Key responsibilities
· Responsible for technology delivery within Maersk Management Reporting team for assigned releases
· Lead across all phases of implementation cycle from explore to release and driving post-go live steady state
· Responsible for project financials while ensuring best possible business outcome delivery
· Hands on managing team of SAP Analytics engineers and architects
· Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering leads to understand and coordinate the integration impact on reporting & analytics and ensure accounting needs are delivered
· Manage the backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
· Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
· Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
· Contribute to developing product and agile practices across Maersk
· Ensure governance is followed in change deployment, IT budgeting and manage relationship with vendors where relevant
We are looking for
· Experience working as SAP Management reporting and analytics lead engineer or project delivery manager for 10+ years, with overall experience of 15+ years with large scale technology transformation initiatives
· Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as reporting and analytics lead
· In depth domain knowledge in the data, analytics and insights area
· Experience in working with senior business product owners/global process owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
· Proven experience with managing complex stakeholders and ability to influence without authority
· Experience with S4HANA, BW4HANA and SAC implementation is must
· Expert experience across multiple SAP modules in SAP BW4HANA and SAP SAC
· Expert experience with integration of BW4hana with SAP S4hana and integration with Microsoft Azure Data lakes
· Deep process knowledge across Accounting to reporting, Order to Cash and Procurement to Pay to understand analytics requirements and roadmap
· Experience in developing roadmap for analytics
· Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
· Good problem solving & communication skills
· Collaborative mindset across business functions
· Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
· Very strong communication and collaboration skills;
· Structured, highly analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills;
· Highly motivated and work well under pressure;
· An individual who respects the opinion of others; yet can drive a decision though the team;
· Credible with senior stakeholders and able to hold their own in conversations at this level.
· Flexibility to work on different time-zones
· Self-starter, highly motivated and with leadership quality
· Cultural understanding and experienced working and leading in multi-cultural teams
· Bachelor's/master’s Degree in Finance or IT related discipline
