- Then we want you to join our Marine people team, as we are looking for 2 new colleagues!

We want an inclusive, diverse, and safe working environment for all our seagoing colleagues in Maersk and therefore we are looking for two new joiners, to join our existing team to deliver on all the important and, in our opinion, significantly interesting work!

… is with us here in the Marine Culture team. A safe working environment, diversity, equity and inclusion is something we consider close to our hearts. Therefore, we have a dedicated team strategizing our cultural transformation and we are looking for your help developing, project managing and implementing our strategy. It is safe to say that we want to change for the better and we have a multiple ambitious programs going out in the months and years to come. We are launching a training and awareness campaign on Anti-Sexual Harassment, a broad Leadership Program for our seagoing colleagues, Diverse Recruitment initiatives and DEI projects that improve life for all our seagoing colleagues. And more is to come – we expect you’ll bring a ton of ideas!

In short, we are looking for new colleagues to help us build and run an impactful cultural transformation where we have the courage to doubleclick on our blind spots and the will and capabilities to get the ball rolling.

We are looking for two profiles, so if one of below fits your profile – please do apply:

New colleague nr. 1; Communication should be core to you…

… and you should love finding every communication angle you can in the initiatives we do. We need to be able to communicate our initiatives to a big workforce (+12.000 people) in a meaningful way and we need to build campaigns that will be impactful when it comes to recruitment, Anti-SASH and leadership ect). We would appreciate if you know how to;

  • Project management A-Z on major Programs/Projects. Running a big program should not be new to you.
  • Develop and conceptualize ideas or communication plans. Maybe you been responsible for communication before – that would be great.
  • Great writing skills and presentation creation skills, you should be able to comprehend and rewrite a core-narrative, create a Powerpoint presentation or write an internal article without panicking.
  • It is a plus but not a necessity if you are able to record and edit smaller videos for internal use

New colleague nr. 2; You eat projects for breakfast…

… not literally, but you get the point 😊 Making real change is not only about strategizing and being able to detect our barriers, it is also about implementing new initiatives, and project manage programs that are relating on collaboration from multiple internal teams and stakeholders. We would appreciate if you are strong within:

  • Implementation of projects – both small and large. You need to have done it before and preferably on a global scale, but if not, then that is okay. As long as you have experience with driving something to conclusion (preferably also within budget and estimated timelines 😉) then we are good.
  • Courage to identify and to tell us what roadblocks we are facing and what we should do to remove them. No sugarcoating here please. We like it straight and direct, and you need to do the same.
  • Experience with presentation building in Powerpoint, as we often are to present new initiatives within the organization
  • Project plans, the enables us to run major global programs. It all starts with a plan – also the projects you’ll run and implement.

If you have knowledge about the maritime world, it would be great (!), but it is not a requirement. We value your strong project management skills and your communication abilities way more.
