Pricing Program Manager – Readiness and Rollout

The role
In this role you will become part of a program management team leading the end-to-end development and rollout of the future Pricing capabilities of Maersk. You will be part of a dynamic team of program managers, owning a part of the release planning and global rollout, navigating stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout orchestration of part of the overall program across multiple internal users, including Regional Ocean teams, Contract Product Managers, Regional Ocean Product Managers and Ocean pricing Managers.
- Drive the roll-out of our future systems and processes to ensure readiness to decommission legacy systems
- Establish roadmap for creating a price storage platform for the remaining scope of the global integrator.
- Develop and execute detailed rollout plans across regions in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
- Coordinate closely with key stakeholder groups across functions and within different fields of among other Process Design, Sales and Product Management
- Partner with other ongoing initiatives to realize synergies from development dependencies to rollout collaboration.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in program management, with a focus on rollout and readiness initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferably an understanding of Revenue Management or Pricing Management
