As a Global People Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior products leaders, providing strategic advice and support on organizational and talent management.

You will be involved in key HR initiatives such as organization design, talent review, succession planning, and performance management, contributing to our ongoing transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

As Global People Business Partner, you will be a trusted partner and leadership advisor to senior products leaders. You will be supporting their strategic people and leadership agenda through advice and support on matters pertaining to their organizations and teams. This also includes ensuring that the annual HR cycle activities are aligned with business strategy and needs for instance in relation to:

  • Organization and talent review & succession planning

  • Performance management

  • Engagement survey cycle



Through your work with the People & Organization workstream activities in the ocean products transformation, you will be part of a team working with for instance:

  • Organization Design

  • Job catalogue and competency assessment

  • Finance learning & development

  • Finance Career paths

  • You will have particular focus on: Organization design and capability building to succeed in the role.



What are we looking for

We envision that you have an HR-related educational background at a master level or equivalent, followed by a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience.

You have experience working on large scale transformation and organization design.

You have worked as a business facing HR partner in a large organization and has an understanding of the full scope of HR annual cycle activities and a broad general HR knowledge.

You are comfortable working in international environments with constant change and you have a solid understanding of business dynamics and how HR can support the same

  • You are proactive – with great ability and confidence to work on own initiative

  • Have a strong record of building trusted relationships and supporting business leaders through them and have experience working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time

  • Could impact business activities, engage with and influence, guide and challenge multiple (executive) stakeholders.

  • Have cross-cultural awareness, general knowledge of international business and a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity

  • Have excellent conceptualization and analytical skills, could communicate effectively across different levels in the organization – globally and locally

  • Have a well-structured and logical approach to the job and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality

  • Are well-organized with high attention to detail.

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, our business language at Maersk
