Join our dynamic Process Excellence organization as the Enterprise Process Governance Lead. In this pivotal role, you will shape and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) governance framework that enhances our global process landscape. Collaborate with Global Process Leads and senior management to drive process excellence across our enterprise.
You will be accountable for developing and championing a robust process governance and control structure and environment by designing and implementing a standard playbook, including tools, methodology, and governance to standardize processes. Ensure the full end-to-end process landscape is comprehensively defined in ARIS, lead proactive audits of the control environment and implementation quality from a process control perspective, and enforce process compliance with governance standards, resulting in improved process quality and audit outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Development: Create and sustain robust frameworks and assessment tools for process taxonomy, ownership, and design standards. Ensure these frameworks are approved by the Head of Enterprise Process Governance.
- Standardization & Compliance: Establish and enforce standards for process design, modelling, and documentation. Ensure clear communication and adoption across the organization.
- Training & Communication: Provide comprehensive training to the Global Process Leads (GPL) on process design and documentation standards. Maintain continuous communication to ensure standards are understood and implemented.
- Maturity Assessment: Develop and maintain standards for process maturity assessments. Regularly evaluate and report on process performance to identify improvement areas.
- Process Performance Management: Implement KPIs and performance metrics to manage and assess process performance. Ensure these metrics are accessible to the GPL organization.
- Process Board Support: Supply critical inputs to the Process Board for effective resolution of business policy and compliance issues, and to expedite process standardization.
- Audit & Compliance: Lead proactive audits to ensure compliance with governance standards. Champion a robust process governance structure to improve process quality and audit outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ relevant experience in digitally advanced, global setting.
- Proven track record of overseeing design, implementation and management of large complex transformation governance organizations
- Proven experience with E2E process transformation and process management.
- Experience in managing business model transformation through process, data and technology.
- Exceptional understanding of technology and data in both legacy and modern
Leaders at this level develop departmental plans based on the functional strategy and execute through a team of professionals. They develop team members by coaching and mentoring to drive performance and build talent pipelines.
