Would you like to be part of taking IT Operations to the next level? We are now looking for a Head of NAM IT to to maintain and further develop IT Operations with the aim of becoming a best in class IT operations team.
Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices. NAM has around 900 employees and more than 475 Nordic and international institutional clients.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the NAM IT. We add value by ensuring that all IT applications within Nordea Asset management are running efficiently, supporting the organisation to deliver first class products and services to our clients. The team has a appr. 50 employees split in 3 sub-teams. As the Head of NAM IT, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that continuously improve how we run out IT Operations when it comes to scale and efficiency, whilst keeping stability at a very high level. It is also a vital part of the role to ensure that we do prudent IT Governance and that we live up to regulation e.g. the new DORA regulation.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll join a highly skilled team that plays a vital role ensuring that the entire organisation is supported by best in class IT operations. The function has employees in Copenhagen, Luxembourg and Lisbon, so some traveling is expected in this role. The role can be based in Copenhagen or Luxembourg.
